Effectiveness of the Project-Based 6E Learning Model

Abstract This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Project-based 6E (engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration, extension and evaluation) Learning Model. The researchers created model by combining basic features project-based learning with an understanding cycle. pre-test/post-test semi-experimental design, in which no control group is included, was used study. study consisted junior students studying at Turkish Teaching English Language departments Faculty Education, Düzce University, fall semester academic year 2020–2021. experimental process structured according Two different types data, namely, qualitative quantitative, were collected process. It concluded that found efficient, effective attractive. positively changed students’ perceptions values education. also seen enables realise their values, review question reinforce them, complete deficiencies gain new values. Due effect model, experienced significant changes teaching perception.
